What to expect, week by week

This is the sequence customers describe to us most often. It is a guide, not a promise — skin type, age, sleep, sun and how consistently you take Femoire all move the timeline.

• Weeks 1–3. The routine settles in: two Day tablets in the morning, one Night sachet in the evening. Many people say their skin feels more hydrated and comfortable first.
• Weeks 4–6. The early changes most people mention — skin that looks a little brighter and calmer, and feels less reactive.
• Months 2–3. Tone and clarity are the slowest to shift and the last to show. This is why we recommend the full 90 days before you judge it.

• “Nothing happened in two weeks.” Usually true, and usually too early. See the timeline above.
• “It didn't work for me.” It will not work for everyone. If a skin concern is driven by a medical condition or a medication, a food-grade supplement is not the answer, and a doctor is.
